This is my idea of the perfect summer time breakfast. The Banana Breakfast Split. Which is pretty much sliced banana topped with banana, on banana, on some more banana, with a few fresh cherries.
For your icecream, use this recipe. All you need is some super ripe bananas frozen overnight, a food processor, some cocoa powder, and a splash of vanilla. If you want you can add some frozen berries into the mix for a new flavor combo.
Just take a dish and place the icecream ontop of your freshly sliced banana, sprinkle on some cherries, maybe a few pecans, and enjoy. Such a healthy breakfast, but it seriously feels like dessert. Use as much icecream as you like, the more, the merrier.
You can get as fancy as you'd like with this recipe, and if you focus more on presentation than I did :b, this would make a great dessert to serve to family or friends. Just don't let it sit to long, remember it is icecream!
